INTRODUCTION
In this case the several issues has been raised in the Foxconn factory which is located in
the china. Due to this the culture diversity in between America and china has been evolved. Also
the working condition in the Foxconn factories are not suitable for the workers. Most important
issues is the employee safety in the factories (Bresciani, da Cruz, I.B.M and González-Gallego,
2015). The government intervention makes some impact on the factories at certain level. In this
present report many obstacles have been found on the basis of which corrective action is taken
The employees of the firm are unable to find flexible working environment. The major problem
is that. The workers of foxconn are doing overtime with low scale rate. This kind of situation
hampering the growth of firm.

Cross culture: As compared to American culture with chines culture it has major
difference. In the china it employee have the privacy while in america privacy is cant be
the major factor you speak what you want to speak to your subordinates (inharoy and
et.al., 2015). Cross culture in the foxconn factory has emerged and it impacts on the both
the employees has to face.
Communication: in the china communication with other worker is not important as in the
foxconn factory it can be the issues regrading the safety while in America communication
is formal in which information can be transferred during the working hours. In foxconn
group of company there was communication problem with employees, due to this their
working was hampered in badly manner.
Working environment: American have formal working condition as they can do work
freely while in the china it is not possible for any worker to do work freely as they have

They do overtime on the low scale rate. That was the biggest issue in that firm. They are
not getting any other extra facility. The weekly time schedule is like 49 hours. They do
work for 60 hours in the weak. Due to this there is problem in relation to employee
retention.
The impact of such on working of company are as-
1. There can be issue related to working environment of company.
2. The policy and legislation of company are impacting in large manner.
3. The productivity and profitability of company is falling down say to day.
4. There can be loss in image of business enterprise which work in manner to bring adverse
condition to firm.
5. The worker of company will get demotivated and it can lead to employee retention to
firm (Bresciani, da Cruz, I.B.M and González-Gallego, 2015).
6. Due to this there can be barrier to effective communication in firm.
7. The culture of company can diversely effect this kind of activity.
8. The workers should provide flexible working environment. With the help of this they
should allow some other facilities like rest room, proper meals and safety appliances so
that they can work in more efficient manner.
