INTRODUCTION
Organisation need to consider the learning theories which can helpful to maintain the
learning and experience of the business. Basically Kolb's learning cycle most utilized by the
Organization which is developed by the David A. Kolb's in his model in the year 1984. There
are four learning styles are involved which can help to improve learning and experience of
the firm. First is concrete experience, in which a new experience & situation is occur. Second
is reflective observation, in which reviewing & reflecting activities considered on the
experience. Third is abstract conceptualize, it contain the learning from the experience and in
forth learning style that is active experimentation, it is analysed that what is learned by the
experience. All these learning style are essential to improve the learning experience of the
employees so that they can learn new things and develop their learning experience in an
effective manner. For this report, 24macy Company is considered which provide pharmacy
services and medicines.
Concrete Experience
This learning stage is considered the first stage which emphasizes the specific
personal involvement with the people in term of regular situation (GÜNEŞ, 2017). This
learning stage determined that my group members mainly rely more on the feelings rather
than systematic approach to the problems & situations. As per the learning situations, I and
my group members have ability to adopt the change with open minded. The main concern of
this learning is to gain new experience in a particular situation so as per the report it is
analysed that i gained new experience related to the online health care services and also
provide 24/7 delivery of medicine door to door to the customers. This is considered as the
new experience for me and my group members to effectively discover new facts. All the
group members work collectively so that can maintain all the consideration and learning new
experiences from this specific and appropriate situation.
Reflective Observation
In this second learning style stage, i can understand the specific ideas & Conditions as
per the different point of view. On the basis of learning situation, I need to be patience,
carefully consider the judgment without any taken appropriate action. I can rely their own
ideas & feelings in the forming opinions. As per this project it can be determined that which
experience is gained by me and my group members then need to review and reflect the
