INTRODUCTION
International business is related to the complex situation where production or distribution of
good and service crosses country boundaries. It encompasses a full range of cross borders
exchange good and service between two or more nations. This report will discuss about the
different kind of organisations such as private, public, legal and voluntary structure. It will
understand the size of scope of business, and also establish an interrelationship between
organisations on the basis of their functionality. Furthermore, Documentation will describe
positive and negative impact of macro environment which completely depends on the enterprise
operations, functions. However, this assignment will conduct an internal and external analysis
while identifying greater strength or weakness.

Here are explain the different kind of organization and identify the purpose of each enterprises.
 Public- this type of organization is basically run by state government for people. the
primary aim of public enterprise is to utilize all essential resources and best way to
provide benefit or advantage for community (Akhmetshin and et.al., 2017). Public
organizations means that not focus on profit economic development but it is always
support for agency. Sometimes, it involves the sponsor to support in different events.
For Example- TESCO is example of public enterprise, which provide the range of good
and service.
 Private- this type of enterprise is owned by individual person. Main objective of private
enterprise to earn a lot of money and gain opportunity to generate large revenue. Private
enterprise has limited involvement of government (Hrechyshkina and Samakhavets,
2019). The private enterprise provide 90% employment in development countries. It may
arise lot of opportunities for local people where they can fulfill their all essential
requirement. Private enterprise can deliver critical good & service but it is also contribute
to tax revenue, efficient flow of capital.

For Example- JCB is type of multi-national company in UK and manufacturing various
construction equipment, agriculture, and waste handling.
 Voluntary- it is based on the charitable enterprise and primary aim to provide the better
social services. Voluntary enterprise is independent, flexible and non-profitable which
works selflessly for welfare of society. This type of organization is mainly focused on the
individual needs such as groups, communities, initiate programmers or projects to meet
them on their own perspective (Bahoo, Alon and Paltrinieri, 2020). For Example-
Macmillan is cancer support charity in UK that provide financial support, healthcare
facilities for people, who are majorly affected by cancer.

Different organizations are basically described as group of people, structure setup to
achieve its desirable goal or objective. Some kind of enterprise is supporting to give better
options in context of social welfare services.
