Part A- Stakeholders Support
Le Delbrokes employee assistance program is a health awareness program on its
employees. Its implementation is conducted by Nina Evans who is the employee wellbeing
programs manager. I would like to know the level of employee health implementation
program as noted by the manager. Firstly, the level of employees who have actively enrolled
on their physical health program is alarming. Out of 50 employees of Le Delbrokes, only 6 of
them are committed.
Nina has however done an excellent job in promoting the employees’ health awareness
program and raising health awareness issues on employee’s health. The role of physical
culture and sports in the formation of a healthy lifestyle (de Jong, et al, 2016).
Program milestones
A healthy lifestyle in general and physical culture in particular, become a social phenomenon,
a unifying force and a national idea that promotes the development of a strong state and a
healthy society. On a completely new economic and legal relations, effective models of
physical culture and sports are being created, low-cost behavioral programs such as Johnson
and Johnson, Health for Life, Healthy Heart, Life-Be in It, Trimming are being actively
implemented which are aimed at the formation of the moral and material responsibility of the
individual for the state of their own health and lifestyle, which is not least determined by the
ongoing negative demographic processes (Guest, 2017).

In this article we will look at classes in the hall in order to maintain physical fitness. What are
the features of training and nutrition, and what is the result of such exercises. Such training is
aimed at a relatively easy study of the muscles of the whole body for people who do not seek
to visually change their shape. And the training process is aimed primarily at improving the
well-being of the employees. It is perfect for people with many hours of sedentary work, who
cannot or do not want to spend a lot of time going to the gym, diet and other components of
the sports mode, but want to feel more athletic (Hakanen, Peeters, and Schaufeli, 2018).
About the training process.
Training time set aside to work with equipment should take 40-60 minutes. For people
leading a sedentary lifestyle, it is advisable to add 20-30 minutes of work on a cardio-trainer
(track, exercise bike, stepper, etc.) for cardiovascular training after exercising for health in
the gym. The weight of the burden should be such that when finishing the exercise, you can
perform several more repetitions - that is, speaking in sports language, we are not working to
the full (Ilies, Aw, and Pluut, 2015).
Training Example and the employees responsibility
Abdominal muscles - lifting the body on a bench or on the floor, lifting the legs on a bench or
on the floor
leg muscles - flexion of the legs in the simulator, extension of the legs in the simulator
the muscles of the leg - the rise on the toes while standing or sitting

back muscles - vertical thrust in the simulator (thrust from above), horizontal thrust in the
simulator
chest muscles - press from the chest sitting or lying in the simulator, lowering the hands in
front of you sitting in the simulator
biceps - flexing the arms while sitting in a simulator or with dumbbells
triceps - extension of the arms in the simulator
shoulders - raising arms through the sides in the simulator or vertical press in the simulator.
The fact is that when working with free weights, it is much more difficult to perform the
exercise correctly and load it exactly where it is required. Although when working in
simulators, due attention should be paid to the technique and clarity of the exercises.
It is good if you have the opportunity to work with a coach or you have a more experienced
friend. If there is neither one nor the other, in each exercise you should carefully monitor how
you feel your working muscles. If, for example, you are doing the bench press while sitting in
a simulator to work out the chest muscles, but you only feel your arms and shoulders, it
means that you are doing something wrong. Try changing the body or arm position a little,
watch how the more experienced guys work, or search for training videos on the Internet
(Moen, et al 2016).

This type of occupation does not imply any special diet. But since your goal is health, it will
not hurt to follow some rules of healthy eating. It is possible that conducting infrequent

If after that it became difficult for you and you cannot complete the set number of repetitions,
return to the previous weight of the burden and try to repeat the jump in weight after a while.

Further, taking into account all the listed points, it is necessary to create a basic training
program, which will be a total training for all muscle groups, due to the fact that many
employees of the hotel are new to this field.

This training program is much generalized, and if you have any contraindications, such as
problems with your back, joints or something else, it’s better to contact your personal trainer
to create an individual training program taking into account your health restrictions

Evaluation questions
The evaluation of this health program intends to answer the questions of whether the program
has succeeded in assisting the employees as it was intended to. The questions to be answered
will therefore include such things as whether the stress levels have gone down, whether the
obese levels have declined, if the fitness centers are working efficiently and whether the
absenteeism levels have drastically reduced.
Methods of data collection
The information that was collected mainly revolved around the response level of the
employees to the health program in place. The data was analyzed in order to give a clear
picture of the impact of the health program and its sustainability. The strategy involved
complete evaluation of the employees since they are not many and thus the results gave a true
picture of the impact of the program.in carrying out the data collection, both qualitative and
quantitative methods of data collection were used. This ensured the research made was
efficient and reliable.( Cano-Kollmann, Cantwell, Hannigan, Mudambi, and Song, 2016) In
qualitative method, the employees gave out interviews of how they felt since they enrolled in
the program and also they were observed on their behavior in order to assess any change that
they portray. For the quantitative method, data was retrieved through the form of arithmetic
numbers which were critically analyzed before a conclusive result was given out on the
impact of the program and the level of employees’ state of health.

The data collected was analyzed through the qualitative and quantitative analysis. This is to

the name of the employees and the type of activity that they engaged in within the program.
The level of response to the activities was written down and this formed the basis of the
analysis of the data( Grembowski, 2015)
In the quantitative side, data collected through the use of experiment and surveys was
analyzed in form of a graphical representation. This enabled the company to clearly be aware
of the statistical data of the impact of the health program on the employees. The response of
each employee was represented as a % of the whole against the activities in the health
program.
Progress findings
The evaluation report revealed that there was tremendous progress in terms of the health of
the empoyees.it was found out that a number of them had reduced weight drastically while
others were feeling better about their stress levels. In overall terms, the objectives of the
health program were being met steadily and this made the company to encourage its
employees even more. The objectives set were realistic as they only aimed to improve the
health of the employees which was the case. (Issel, and Wells, 2017)
Feedback
The results posted were much far impressive than previous evaluations that were done. The
employees responded well to the program and this contributed to its success. The objectives
were realistic as evidenced by employees who reduced weight in line with the program
objectives. The results were different for each employee due to the fact that they had different
health issue to deal with and also for those with similar problems, the body of each employee
responds differently and thus others may take longer time. The strength of the evaluation is
that it worked on a specific number of people and thus the data was easy to collect and
the name of the employees and the type of activity that they engaged in within the program.

analyze. This is different from other evaluation which involves a big number of people. The
major limitation of this evaluation report was that it never bothered to find out the reasons as
to why the employees were experiencing the health issues in the first place. This is important
information as it enables one to understand fully the cause of the problem and thus able to
design the best solution to counter it.( Kolk, 2016).the results of the evaluation plan did not at
all come up with any un usual findings but only the findings upon which the evaluation was
based on. The evaluation questions that were formulated were clearly answered in the
research and the solutions offered were in line with the objectives of the health program
Program modifications
The findings were positive in nature and this led to the company recommending the addition
of other activities to the program to make it even more efficient. This will give the employees
a wide choice of things to do to maintain their good health and thus improve the quality of
work in the company. The adoption of the recommendations may be hampered by the lack of
enough budget and time required to sustain the program. Implementation of the program is
costly and thus the company may not be able to sustain the program based on its budget
which is a bit low. (Morschett, Schramm-Klein,and Zentes, 2015)
Dissemination plan
The evaluation report will be used by the company to analyze the level of health of each
employee. This information is useful as it enables the company offer health solutions to the
employees and ensures that they are fully fit to undertake their duties. The findings will be
released to each individual employee in order for one not to feel discouraged for not
achieving much. This will boost their morale and they will continue to engage more in good
health practices. The stakeholders are the employees and the company and thus the report

Key findings
The key findings of this report were that the health of the employees was greatly improved
since the inception of the health program. Also, the employees were better able to handle
their health issues which resulted in them attending to the responsibilities in the company
quite well. The levels of absenteeism greatly reduced and the production of the company
increased significantly. (Sallis, Owen,and Fisher,2015)

Reflection statement
The outcome of the evaluation is one that may have a lot of impact on the organization.one of
the organization strategies was to come up with a way of attending to the employees
problems and needs in order to motivate them. The evaluation will come in handy as the
organization will have a deliberate plan on how best to motivate its employees by the use of
health activities and fitness centers. Also the future corporate plans of the organization will
rely heavily on the adoption of the recommendations from the evaluation report and thus the
outcomes may be incorporated. (Teagarden, Von Glinow, and Mellahi,2018).The company
can adopt one recommendation such as that of offering leisure activities which is essential to
the health of the employees. This is something that can be adopted well in the improving
strategies of the company.
