Only the registered companies can apply for the commercial ortrade licence (Cebeci 2014). It has been mentioned that the form that should be submitted toobtain a licence must mention the name of the company in English and Arabic language. Fullofficial address should be given and a clearance is needed from the Dubai MunicipalityBuilding Department. Proof of fees should have to be attached with the licence application.Commercial licence regulates the role of the company and used to protect the company fromany mishap (Darling and Perzanowski 2017). ChallengeIt is important to register the trade name to avoid any future conflict regarding thename of the company. in order to obtain the trade name registration, an application regardingthe trade name is required. The photocopy of the applicant should be attached to thisapplication and in case of non-GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council) nationals, a no objectionletter is necessary (Iqbal, Jomoa and El-Abdeen 2015). Court permission is also required to beannexed and the terms of the business must be continued for 21 years. These documentsshould be submitted for an approval from the officials (Jones, Hillier and Comfort 2016). Certain rules are to be maintained to run business in Dubai to certify the conformityof individual care commodities. In case of marketing the product, it is important to registeredthe product and obtain a certificate on the same. It is required to ensure the public health careand certain examination is needed to understand the effect of the product on the human skin.
