INTRODUCTIONGlobalization is a current trend and it has a great impact on the hospitality industry. Dueto this reason people with diverse background work even more together. Within this respect itcan be determine that managing cultural diversity is highly essential for company (Holden,2002). Culture is a characteristics of a particular group of people and it can be defined byeverything related to their language, religion etc. In this regard, the present study is based on the case study of Hilton hotel which is aninternational chain of full service hotel and resorts. There are almost 530 branded hotels ofHilton across the world in 78 countries. In order to manage all their branches within differentcountries they are facing problem related to the diversity.
