Introduction
In the present scenario, many High Street and town centers shops are declining with
respect to health and safety. The Rapid evolution in the retail sector industry is securing the town
centers and people also use to focus on it. According to findings there are 46.6% of retailers in
the United Kingdom are classified as majorly impacted from the absolute Retail Industry and
best stakeholders in town centers used to invest there (Deane, 2018). The changing nature of the
Retail Industry is because of the development of different complexes in the cities which has an
impact on the product of economic, political and social processes. It is the gradually transformed
process of continual creativity destruction and reconstruction in the retail sector. This report has
been discussed about the higher Street shops which have been closed because the customers used
to prefer them in the large shopping centers. With this to what extent the positive or negative
development for society and what can be done in order to deal with such issues.
Main body
Retail sector industry treated as a link between the manufacturers or wholesaler and
ultimate customers. Pressure on the retail sector industry in recent years because of different
factors such as internet retailing store closure and other changes on the High Street. The main
reason behind it is an increasing customer preference for the multipurpose malls. According to a
new study in the year of 2018, there are 28 retail companies with multiple stores that have
stopped trading. Every individual is under inhabitant moving towards the online stores which
have a major impact on the small High Street shops (Ebbensgaard, 2019). It is the universal
problem which is faced by many nations. Britain has become the dominant activity in the High
Street in the UK where with respect to the past Civic and community foundations of the world
plays a large role in order to develop the nation. In the 20th century town centres became places
where fair value could be extracted by the party and also consequently the customers and
economic trends in retail sector industry effects the High Street and town streets work.
The UK customers prefer the online shopping platforms and spending more than other
peoples of different places. The online platform was started in the year of 2006 and is growing
each year with 20% of total retail sales in the year of 2018. As in the online platform the
