The presentassignment is based upon HLE, it is a UK's engineering company which was founded in 1987.Presently, the has become one of the leading European providers of automatic railway routesetting systems. TASK 1According to Boxall and Purcell, (2011) international human resource management islinked with HR problems at multinational associations and taken place in an appropriate culturalof local workforce and customers.
