INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to produce a reflection based on y learning which is gained during
4-7 weeks. It will cover all those areas which I gained. Along with this, it will also include the
points which I am not able to understand and also the points where I like to be rectified.
What I have gained
During the session, I was able to learn the varieties of host country environments with some
of its features. Along with this, I also able to learn the different staffing option that are available
to the MNCs. There are various host country influences on the pay practices, training and career
practices. Apart from that, I also came to know that there are several motives for transferring
staff.
What you don’t understand fully
Moreover, there are multiple areas where I couldn’t understand the some topic such as the
difference between expatriates and inpatriates. Along with this, a corporate expatriate is very
much confusing with its resourcing methods. Furthermore, production systems and work
organisation is also mentioned but I am stuck with the topic too.
What do you like to be rectified
From my point of view, there is no required to rectify but the main focus is that, I have
understood of the key areas of international human resources but there are some topic which I
like to learn again and rethink about the whole key areas.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that in international human resource, Workforce
diversity entails that different types of personnel offer not only their skills and knowledge, and
also their perspectives, desire to perform or not work, emotions, and other personality attributes.
