With the ramified changes in the economic and international business expansion, HRM
policies is very much required to comply by the organization to strengthen their business
functioning on international level. International human resources policies could be defined as
continuing guidelines on the approach that company needs to adopt on international level to
manage the human resources. International HRM policies focus on setting code of conduct,
providing training to employees, managing employees and taking employee management
decisions (Reiche, et al. 2018). It also helps in aligning the interest of the employees with the
organizational growth and also strengthens the relation between the employees and key
managerial persons of organization. It is required to be followed by the organization which
operates their business on international levels and migration of the employees from one
country to another (Brewster, et al. 2016). Ideally, the international HRM policies are used
by company to mould employees towards the international business growth and also assist in
customization of the organizational culture internationally. Therefore, the main focus of the
international human resources management is to make employees more competent towards
the international business growth (Schmidt, et al. 2018). It will requires set of code of
conduct, arranging training and development program for employees and arranging visa and
other migration process for employees from one country to another. It focuses on the hiring,
recruiting and rotation of the employees on international level.

offering retail services to clients. The main strategy of the Westfield Company is to develop
core competency in cost leadership and product differentiation strategy to win over the
market. However, proper HRM policies and program assist Westfield Company to strengthen
the work efficiency of the employees and assists them to lower down the possible business
process issues. The expert employees and efficient work program of Westfield Company has
allowed company to offer its retail services to clients at very least cost which allow company
to develop cost leadership in market (Westfield Corporation., 2017). In addition to this,
efficiency of the retails services and use of the advance technologies and system process have
also resulted to attracting more clients. Westfield Company by using the product
