INTRODUCTION
International entrepreneurship is the process of an entrepreneur conducting business activities
beyond national boundaries. It may consist of exporting, licensing, opening a sales office in
another country, subsidiaries, manufacturing or joint ventures and development of the
business. This report highlights the classification on characteristics and skills that an
entrepreneur would ideally possess in today’s post COVID-19, international business
environment. Other than this styles of leadership suitable in the business of airline with the
impact of culture on leadership and performance of business.

environment.
Due to the pandemic brought down by covid-19 the way environment operates and functions
globally has been on damage. It demands from people to stay home while shutting their
businesses down in order to stay safe. This is being done so that they do not get struck down
with the virus. This has shut many businesses down and forced them to fire their employees
as they have no projects for them to offer. This has impacted businesses on international level
drastically. Still after seeing the downfall of many sectors and industries entrepreneurs are not
willing to give up as many of them has used the benefits of advancement of technology and
go on to taking things online. They are conducting their business on zoom, taking their
sessions and meetings there and due to restrictions on travel they are working from home.
Entrepreneurs are continuously looking for innovative measures as it is in their attributes and
their characteristics. It is their factors and drivers of motivation and their team building skills
that helps them to keep on moving forward. Entrepreneurs know how to maintain relationship
with others that benefits them to sharing of knowledge and make changes so that they can
adapt as per the needs of global business environment (Leitch and Volery, 2017).
How will the entrepreneurs skills and traits evolve and develop as the SME develops
in size. Which of the entrepreneurs initial characteristics and traits will benefit or
hinder their progress.
With the growth and evolution of small and medium scale enterprises entrepreneurs will see
some changes in their behaviour, perception towards their business as they will have to cover
up different areas and scale of operations.
