INTRODUCTION
International leadership and entrepreneurship refers to those which including leaders and
mangers utilising various tools and techniques in order to expand their business operation
internationally and improving work performance after COVID-19 situation. The report is about
the leaders and mangers changing the leadership style and skill after the pandemic situation of
COVID-19 in order to impact the business profitability and productivity of company (Allen,
2016). It includes various leadership styles which refers to airline industry affecting business
productivity and sustainability after this situation because they suffering heavy loss so leaders
and mangers using various tools and techniques which result as increasing profitability,
performance and productivity of company.
TASK 1
Explain various leadership skills which adapting mangers and leaders after COVID-19.
COVID-19 is pandemic situation for all over the country so it affecting various business
model. It including enterprisers faces cries and shut don the business unit so it directly impact on
profitability and productivity of company. On that basis most of organisation has incurred heavy
due to pandemic situation of COVID-19. Most of entrepreneurs face so many challenges so
accordingly formulated new strategies in order to again establishes businesses and operate
business activity (Aziz, 2017). Leaders and mangers of company planning for new leadership
style and skills which have to effectively and efficiently using which are helps to growth and
success for enterprise after this situation. There are ample numbers of leadership skill which
adapting leaders and mangers so which are discussed below.
Providing healthy and safety working environment-: During COVID-19 crisis leaders
and mangers utilising various skill in order to effectively managing performance of company as
well as employees because in surrounding various safety and health risk of employees and team
members. It including enhancing mental health issues due to this situation so leaders providing
psychological help for their employees because they performing business activity effectively.
Online training-: Leaders and manger of the company providing online training for team
members due to pandemic situation mangers developing new strategies and start work from
practices so not affecting work of organisation. It involves leaders imitative to support their staff
in order to fulfilling their al needs and cannot suffered work of organisation.
