Tourism audit suggest that turkey has been one of the major tourism destinations due to the variety of options available
and affordable prices. Moreover, it not only offers visits to sea and sunsets but also has a great historical and cultural
value in the global market. It consists of various cultural festivals which makes an attractive tourist destination.

The number of tourists visiting turkey have been increasing every year and the current project aims to act as a catalyst to
boost the demand of turkey as a tourist destination by offering better services to the consumers by adding to the
convenience of transportation. The graph above shows that tourist footfall are increasing by 10% every year but the
overall industry is experiencing a decrease in revenue generation of 2.7 percent (ey.com 2020
). Istanbul is the new
shopping destination for all tourists among all the emerging countries in the Middle East. The majority of the tourists
visiting turkey choose Istanbul as their tourist destination. Istanbul has been ranked among the top five tourist
destinations in Europe which shows that Istanbul is the main source of revenue for the tourism industry. However, Istanbul
is facing significant challenges from destinations such as Czech Republic and Croatia. Moreover, London and Britain is the
biggest Feeder of Istanbul so developing better transport facilities and sustainable packages could be one of the best
options for the country.
