 International management is described as key element of business success and
growth, because in term of administration it contributes to manage an organizational
operations activity in effective manner that has operated at global level.
 The current presentation will be based on global financial services organization that
has offices in three different nations.
 It will explain how corporate organizational culture from head office may affect
when encountering the regional cultures that are present in each venture location of
company.
