INTRODUCTION
International Management refer to the system in which company presence in many
countries and management of firm deal manage globally. Mckinsey is one of known consulting
firm with head office in United states and presence in different nation such as UK, India and
South Africa. Report Highlight national culture impact on corporate system of the different
country.

United State of America(USA)
Protestants people highly dominated in national culture of USA and most of live in
nuclear family. After certain age most of the youngster started their own work and also living at
separate place with friends and close ones. People are more individualistic and work and earn for
themselves which help in achieving individual target on time. Masculine tendency is show in
American culture and hence male society is highly dominated. Citizens of the country highly
time oriented and believes in equality and risk taking attitude. National language of the country
is low context as compare to India and other country.
McKinsey in USA has more of democratic organization culture and in the people are
more innovative and creative and focus on individual goal attend rather than of group. Customers
are supported by the firm by good performance and organization health (Luthans and Doh,
2018). Targets are set by the firm for employees and one who is able to achieve on time get
opportunities and incentives. People are not much interested in personal life of others and hence
more professional behaviour can be seen easily which is impactful for organization growth.
However, still black racism exist in USA culture and people who are belonged to this group
suffer from it in terms of growth and promotion.
South Africa
Christanity is highly dominated in South Africa and most of the people belong to black
race which is natives of the country. Country has high influence of British culture because of
English emperor rule in the country for long time. Most of the citizens in the country living in
joint family but nuclear family culture in the country also increases. Country have collectivist
cultures is highly concentrated and more people focused on combine thinking rather than
individual dependency. Male highly influence in decision-making or can say masculine tendency
is higher. People are interlinked to each other and support in progress (Lane and Maznevski,
