Introduction
International managements are the most popular field in these days. as a now most of the
business are being globalised in various countries. Now MNCs, are spreading their business in
all over the countries and in different parts of the countries. International managements are the
practices in which a business handles its operations in several countries (Barros, and Wanderley,
2020). In addition, it is the managing of business in diversified business environment, there work
culture, languages and externals environment. In this assignment there is an evaluation of why
expatriate is used so widely in globalised economy and the cause of expatriate failure. Then it
consists of implication of these finding for director and their planning for staffing foe their new
project in Delhi.

Economic globalisation is of two types political globalisation and cultural globalisation. As
economic globalisation refers to the widespread of the technologies, branches of the company,
services, goods at global level. It is increasing of the technologies and product services and
adopting of the new culture and languages and their religion. Expatriates are the one person who
are residing in a country other than their own country. In other terms, it is said that it refers to
those skilled workers and professions who are living outside their countries, either they can be
living independently to they have been send by their employers in other country. In over the
years there are various expats has risen at the global level and international level. There are
various reasons in which people are moving to the other countries to live a life of expatriate.
There can be certain benefits in becoming expatriate for other country such as career
development, cultural enrichment and tax saving and also there could be overall experiences and
well development a growth of an individual (Buccieri, Javalgi, and Cavusgil, 2020). It is
discussed that expatriates are being generally used ion global economy because of certain
reasons. these reasons are discussed below:

to their homes. The places where people go the most id Switzerland and Gulf states, as
