Strengths
 Offers various advanced, hand on programs and courses
 58 types of full-time programs in 11 areas of study (Ref Hicks et al.,2013)
 The first college in Ontario to have a student mental health and well-being strategy.
Weakness
 appointment and contact with senior level executive is becoming more controlled
 less work hours and least wages (Sethi & Schepers 2014).
 no incentive strategy who want to work more than the usual hours
Opportunities

Threats
 Competition from are other existing top universities and colleges
 Competition from new colleges as they come up with different strategies and new
