impressive economic growth rate. Beijing holds second place for the highest military expenditure
(Managi & Kaneko, 2009).

Europe holds many globe dominant businesses but Europe’s performance in evolving
more of them is not enough. Europe needs to support its companies in term of creating new
business opportunities and upgrading their labour skills (Doing Business in Europe, 2018).
