International marketing is defined as the process in which marketing is done on the global
level and this helps in promoting the products and services of the brand in the market (Morgan,
and et.al., 2018). Green Chef is the company which delivers organic food to the customers which
makes them eat healthy.

be considered for the company and its evaluation effectively and efficiently.

Marketing entry strategy refers to the strategies that are used by the organisations to enter within
the particular market where they want to expand their business. there are various strategies that
can be used by the organisations to expand their business and they can take competitive
advantages and show their presence internationally. some of the most famous strategies that are
used by the organisations are licencing, joint venture, direct export and franchisee.
Green Chef Is looking to enter in a market of Africa where they want to expand their business.
Direct agreement
There are total two options that are given first option is about direct agreement strategy. In the
strategy company direct agreement with the leading supermarket chain within the country where
they want to expand and they do not use any of the distributor or agent who can help them too
expand their business. in this strategy Green Chef Give their exclusive rights to the supermarket
chain to sell their Green Chef meal kits To the supermarket for selling on there physical stores.
this strategy will be not that effective becausr most of the rights will be given to the supermarket
chain where company will have low control on the their own own business. the profit is also
lower cause all the investment is done by the organisation just they use their rights and there will
be very low income generated by the Green Chef.
joint venture
On the other side joint venture is one of the best strategies that can be used by the organazation
which is quite similar to the direct agreement but in this situation both the organisation combine
their business together and they have 50- 50% of partnership. This is the best strategy that can be
