Australia culture Culture is a way of the life of individuals in a specific environment. It varies depending on the environment as well as the type of individuals. The culture of the Australia individuals especially years following the world war two was marked by important changes in the characteristics of the Australian descents. Since the concepts of the culture is constituted with various aspects such as traditional activities which cooperated with music, mode of the dress, languages, mode of eating as well as housing structure, therefore the essay will analyses some gradual mode changes of the life of the individuals from the pre-colonial period to recent habit of the individuals of the Australia descents (Lu, Samaratunge & Härtel, 2011). However, in the early as 1950 to 1960 Australian acts of the music changed due to the introduction of the rock and roll music which was introduced by the American descent that dominated the culture of Australia. Moreover, the impacts of the role of music which was introduced by the American musicians actually can be measured by the birth of the alteration of the culture (Shorofi & Arbon, 2010). More importantly, during the eve of the World War II, Australian youths were expected to live as well as stayed within certain social norms values that they hardly enjoyed. This is explained by the journal researched byChaboyer, Chamberlain, Hewson-Conroy, Grealy, Elderkin, Brittin nad Thalib, (2013). CNE article: safety culture in Australian intensive care units: establishing a baselineforqualityimprovement.AmericanJournalofCriticalCare,.Similarly,male individuals youths were to find jobs to support their families while female one was to get marry thus get children who were to maintain the continuity within the community. However, at that time (world wartime) the word teenager did not exist. This was also seen in the Middle Ages as well as other stages such as adolescents no one had an idea about them. Remarkably, the rebirth of these stages was due to the introduction of the rock consent which was performed by the
American descent individual. The new social class of the teenagers was realized through the birth of the rock and roll dance music craze. Therefore, through the music of the rolls and the rock gave birth to the teenagers' stages such as the adolescent period. However, recent teenagers of Australia were perceived as being so far touched with societal matters. Therefore, most of the research depicts them as changers of the environment. The concert of the rock and roll influence the youth thus fades away the fabric nature of Australia therefore, most of the parents showed their animosity of the eradication of the community ethnic which was founded on the respects, which most of the youths should be held upon (Altman & Hinkson, 2010). However, the sounds and the concert of the songs of the rocks and the roll were perceived by the parents as the vulgar which can actually erode the society’s status. Subsequently, parents were a bit nervous about their children since they thought that they would try to imitates idol and attempted to scorn this kind of the music in some of the eventful places such jukeboxes and as well as from the radio (Lee, Manathunga & Kandlbinder, 2010). Furthermore, Aboriginal culture established their own credence system over epochs, firmly on the ties as well as the compression of their land. This is further illustrated by journals ofHu, C., Chand and Evans, (2013).on the effect of national culture, acculturation, and education on accounting judgments: A comparative study of Australian and Chinese culture.Journal of International Accounting Research.Just like any other societies, aboriginal descent of Australia established beliefs based on their origin of the creation history. Based on the oral histories, Australians believes that the knowledge on the land cooperates all the morals as well as the cultural stages which individual believe. Some of these dreaming law constitutes the rights and the responsibilities for the ceremonies as well as the rituals maintenance that was a means of the existences within the traditional life as well as the resources. Therefore, through the sharing of
the economic as well as the ceremonial dealings with different groups enabled the cementation of marriage as well as the kinship bonds. With reference toWiewiora, Trigunarsyah, Murphy and Coffey (2013) on Organizational culture andwillingnesstoshareknowledge:AcompetingvaluesperspectiveinAustralian context.International Journal of Project Management, suggested thatdifferent groups of the Australia descents, both the living as well as the nonliving rudiments within the surrounding were categorized under moieties where everything is identified. Through the involvement in the tradition activities such as rituals as well as the ceremonies, majority of the youths were expected to learn more about the dream stories which associated with designs, songs, dances and the masteringofthecommunitiesethicswhichcooperatedthroughtheceremonies(Cashin, Newman,Eason,Thorpe&O'discoll,2010). InAboriginalsociety, menand womenin combination had ghettoized rituals. Women ceremonies constitute fertility, childbearing as well as herbal knowledge. Similarly, men were much concerned with the ceremonials rituals which were more importantly around the resources that are the origin of the food. As one mature in age he or she was expected to show some of the knowledge as well as the thoughtful, gained might, respect and gratitude. Therefore both men and women are recognized to be mature if they can make the right decision which can help in helping society. Thus their social interface is steered by the dreaming policy which developed by patterned of the behaviour designed minimizes the skirmishes thus maintains the continuity in the society (Wendt, 2009). Discussion of my own identity and culture Just like any other culture, my culture was a bit unique since I realized late after I have attained remarkable age. However, due to the emergence of the white settlers in our regions, in the

approximation of the late decades, the state of life dramatically changed (Hare et al., 2012). Nevertheless, due to the diversity of the community which we nourished upon, people had had different type of languages other than the English. This was majorly entailed the languages which can only be understood by the common descent individuals from specific language groups. Therefore, before the coming of the Europeans, there were more than distinct languages groups who were communicating different language (Delrez, 2010). Perhaps the majority of these languages are still spoken up-to-date after the erosion of the culture by the introduction of the common languages. However, due to the introduction of the curriculum which constituted in English makes it possible for most of the individuals to mix the languages, that is the local languages in the combination of English (Chaboyer et al., 2013). Comparison of the Australian culture with Asian cultures Aboriginal Australia has existed long bond behaviour mannerism in comparison to the African way of life. In comparison to the Asia communities, they seem to have the oldest type of the life as compared to any other communities such as Chinese which developed recently as compared to Australia (Mussap, 2009). In the comparison of the dating techniques push back the comparison of Australia above more than sixty thousand years’ time of the modernity. The research, clearly revealed how Australia descent must have been the descent origins as those of the African communities (Allen, Chiarella & Homer, 2010). This is so since the way they evolved are just the same as the Africans. Based on the hypothesis research which was done clearly mapped that thefloodwhichoccurredaround2006sweptsomeoftheoccurrencetracesoftheY- chromosomes linkages which indicated that in the olden times they once were together. This is by far marked the Australia descent activities to be as those of the African communities. Therefore, through the settling records of the movement suggested that the first Australia descent
was noticed in the African, then in Europe then finally in the Asia land thus this skeptically suggest that Australia was once in the African. However, due to the fact they are once from the African, they still carry some of the funny characteristics of the Africanism thus most of their evolutionstillbearsAfricanism.Thisalsoexplainedtheirslowmeansofunderstanding situations. The most logical aspects are the settlement which is characterized as the African attitude of the settlement in order to obtain the food. This quite different from most of the Asians countries in solving problems related to the sacristies of the food (Walton et al., 2014). They also developed various cultures and the wide arrange means of the survival mechanism, making them as the oldest primitive continuous culture in the world (Cunningham, & Morris, 2009). However, in the comparison of the Chinese as the examples of the countries which falls within Asia, have greatly developed their culture in the sense that majority of the individuals have ignored their old means of survival thus adopted the new means of the living. The contrast between Australian ways of life to Asia countries Most of the Asia countries developed faster in terms of the culture as well as education. This is due to the abolition of the mother language at the expense of the newly adopted mode of communication. This is contrary to Australia since it based on more than an approximation of 369 languages groups thus it is difficult for it developed a faster means of the communication. However, majority of the Australia descent stick to their way of life thus makes it be more difficult for them to change to newly formulated means of the way of the life, whereas based on the Asia communities this contrary since rapidly changed to the new way of the life thus makes them to developed faster as compared to the Australia (Wiewiora, Trigunarsyah, Murphy, & Coffey, 2013). Similarly, the aboriginal way of life and the communities were various, diverse and dynamic. Most of the culture groups have lost all or much of their traditional way of life.
Some of the communities within Australia tend to lose them in touch with traditional cultures, whereas this contrary to the Asia communities which preserved their fabric nature within the communities (McMahon, Penney & Dinan, 2012). In Australia, cultural groups are majorly based on the groups which primarily knowns as the band, thus generally constitutes a round 10 to 21 family members however, this is so contrary to Asia countries like Chinese which speak the same languages. Finally, the lifestyle, as well as the social organization of the society, is not hierarchical thus firmly rooted in the dreaming law that is within the Australia. However, this is so contrary to Asia countries like Chinese where society is hierarchical and entirely not found on the dream law or the policy (Kapferer, 2011). The five dimensions of the circuit of culture among the Australians Power distance, literally means the degree in which the powerful people within the organization or institution is distributed within the common individuals. The fifth dimension literally helps me to understands some of the concepts cultures which was in Australia and doing some of the comparison with other Asians cultures like Chinese. This generally means that some of the perception of the power by the common individuals. However, with references to the Australia culture, it is evidently clear that initially, its’ primary law was based on the hereditary thus it was easy for the common individuals to follow. Therefore, they as follows: i)Individual vs collectivism. Among the Australians, individuals vs collection generally means extend in which people in Australia integrated into the groups. It illustrated some of the relationship of the families and how it affects the culture in the past. Here it clearly distinguished how the Australia was regarded as individualistic as compared to Asia countries which was seen as collectivist in the values.

ii)Uncertainty Avoidances index. It states extends in which the tolerances for the status quo of the people of the Australia was examined in the past. It explains how the Australia societies raised the standard in the degree of the index thus they record high codes of behavior, guidelines, law as well as absolute truth of believes. iii)Masculinity vs femininity. Culture of Australia, states some of the belief they have concerning masculinity which was attained through heroism, assertiveness as well as the reward of the successive success. Therefore, through the achievements of the femininity normally attained by such strong ladies who actually displayed, modesty, caring and showing some of the qualities of the women. Contrary to the culture of the Australia, muscularity was regarded as the taboo therefore, it was extremely low. Similarly, just like any other nations, they recognized the disparity of the female and males individuals. iv)Indulgences vs restraint. Within the Australia, indulgences and restrained literally suggest the measurement of the happiness. Thus the indulgences was defined as free gratification of the basic as well as the natural human interest amongst the Australia people. However, they termed restrained as the some of the factors which fuels the gratification needs of the society thus regulates the social norms. Word count 2000
