Strategy management can be describe as the process that is use by organisation in order to
create and develop effective strategy that will support in growth and development of
organisation. It is crucial for organisation to analyse and evaluate different internal and external
factors in order to create better strategy for business development (Summanen, T. and Pollitt,
2019). This will assist in creating better strategy for accomplishment of goals. This report is
based on British Telecom. This is one of the largest company which is providing its services in
telecommunication sector. Headquarter of this organisation is located in London, United
Kingdom. Annual sales of this organisation is $29.98b and its estimated sales growth is 5.03%.

different part of the world. This company is consider as the largest provider of fixed line, mobile
services, broadband facilities of customers. British Telecom is as founded in year 1969 and
founder of this organisation is Williams Forthergill Cooke and John Lewis Richardo. The
purpose of respective company to provide services is to use and enhance the power of
communication in order to make world better.
Vision – The vision statement of British Telecom organisation consist to gain leadership in
services and converge connectivity so that is brilliantly delivered to customers.
Mission – British Telecom mission is to provide world class telecommunication and
information products or services to customers in order to exploit ad develop networks (Linehan,
2019). This organisation wants to full fill the needs of customer and business shareholder by
conducting organisational activities.
