Different countries are becoming the hub of delivering the quality higher education to the students who have came through crossing the international border in order to gain information.Also, since the entry of Covid -19 , the academic development was hampered considerably which directly affected the students who have planned to go for the international studies. This particular target segment included 800 million learnerswho have been affected greatly. Since the year 2019, Australia closed its door for all the overseas students in order to protect and prioritise the health and safety of the domestic citizens on a greater note. This directly resulted into the negative impact on the development of the international students from various perspectives(de Medeiros & et. al. (2018)).The overall development of the international students have been hampering the mental health on a serious note.The administration also planned to open the borders but unfortunately this decision was also affected by the the latest version of the Covid 19 virus namely Omicron have restored the complete control on the cross borders to prevent the spread of this virus. Concluding on this note the development of the international students is still in critical condition. Funding available The funding available for the group is approximately $30,000 per year for 2 years which is equal to the total project funding $60,000. Rationale and Background Overall purpose / Rationale and relevance Aim of Project Rational:This project is required for the purpose of understanding the various problems and the hindrances that the international students are facing while moving to other countries for the purpose of higher education. Also, this includes the cultural shock for the overseas students who have came to Australia. These students may also face financial issues during the tenure of their existence in Australia(Tortorella,Cauchick-Miguel&Gaiardelli,(2018)).In addition to this because of the linguistic barrier which states that if in case they are not able to use English, it will become for them to communicate effectively to express their issues. Also, depression can alos be one of the key reason which is affecting the effective growth and the development of the overseas students because of lack of mental peace becauseof the abovementionedreasons.The development may also get hampered because of the lack of the

At last the availability of a good job opportunity is also considered as a big issue that is creating a lot of issues for the international students and the learners. Outcomes / ImpactThe major outcomes of this project are mentioned below: The potential issues faced by the students resulting into difficulty will be dealt with. Financial allowances will be provided to those students whocannotbeartheexpenseofacademicfees because of certain emergency. The students will be able to adapt the cultural setting of Australia. Theeliminationofthelinguisticbarrierswhichis causing a higher amount of difficulty in communication will be solved. Thestudentswillbeabletogetaccessforthe accommodationoftheirownchoiceaswellasin accordance to their budget. The international students will be able to find a great part time job along with a trustworthy employer. Approach Implementation Activities and Strategies Implementation Strategy: Various strategies for different problems will be adopted. To help students to get mixed with the new environment along with someseminars, get together and the the meetings as well in order to convey the experience. For the purpose of making the students feel good and close to the culture, several functions can be arranged by the
group. Therapists will be provided to those students who are facing the situation of depression. To helps the deserving international students by providing them loans with the benefit of easy repayable instalments and minimal interest rates. With the tie up with the local employer it will be major objective to provide the good job opportunities. They will also include a separate section for the suitable jobs on the website as well as the application. Project timelineThe project timeline is of 2 years. Majorly, the first three months will be spent on planning and the next three months will be used for the development of the application and the website. Once this is done counsellors, physicians, owners of home, various universities and the companies will be recruited. Once the first year ends, the advertisement of the project will be done for the purpose of creating awareness about the objectives effectively(Haroche, (2020)). In the second year, we will be helping a small group of students and solve the issues that may arise consecutively. With this the second year will also end which will therefore end the testing phase and the products will be ready to get launched in the target market of the students.
