Executive Summary
It is discussed in the given presentation that international supply-chain network is disrupted due to many
problems such as improper demand forecasting, labour shortage, advancement in technology, supply
blockages, and many other issues. These issues were already prevailing since the inception but it severity
caused due to the challenges of Covid-19 were very alarming. The following report has investigated about
the vulnerabilities in the international supply chain networks. Moreover, it has discussed the problems in the
international supply chain and what the organisations need to do to overcome it. Furthermore, it has
discussed about the Knowledge Based View (KBV) theory that helps to understand the overall aspect of the
learning from the information. Along with this, it has examined that various approaches and schedules could
be helpful to improve SCM. Finally it has discussed about the risks associated with the scheduling and the
process of making or preparing an organisation to develop effective and adaptive supply chain networks.

through a multinational organizations' worldwide connectivity to expand sales throughout the world to gain
maximum benefits and limit wastage of resources. The following presentation will present investigating
about the changing international supply-chain networks and its vulnerabilities. In this context, it will provide
problems identified from the understanding about the vulnerabilities in the international supply-chain. Along
with this, the knowledge based view story will be elaborated and schedule of work is also elaborated. In the
end the risks of the approach are identified along with the steps to remove or overcome it.
