environment, ecology, and economy. The report also described the historical development of

Introduction
The tourism industry is flourishing in Perth, due to this there is an increase in work as well as
economic growth. At this present time, the Perth Tourism Department is experiencing a boom in
this industry. Apart from all this, the local government of Perth is providing enough money to
increase the tourism industry in Perth. However, some reports have also shown that the hotel
industry and tourism industry are having a bad effect due to the visa ban. Therefore tourism is an
important industry that is helpful in the economic development of Perth (Tourism Western
Australia, 2017). The following will highlight the international tourism system at Perth
including historical development, tourism visitation, destination attractiveness, and impacts of
tourism activity, issues in destination development and tourism policy issues.
Historical Development of Tourism in the City of Perth
As per the reports, people who come to visit Australia, 70% of them must visit the City of Perth.
In the context of background of Perth, then its ecological system has the highest position and
most tourists visit here to see this ecosystem. The general wealth and high standard of living of
the people here are the primary contributors to its tourist business, along with the urban form and
the style of the houses; it also contributes equally, i.e. the direct and indirect contribution of the
housing style. The density area of Perth is also very low. In the last few decades, development in
the suburban areas has increased density in low-density areas and this development has caused
great harm to bio-diverse vegetation and habitats. The automobile dependence in Perth is much
higher than the rest of the areas, resulting in greenhouse gas emissions are very high on an
average per capita basis which is leading to policy and cultural tensions (Dimanche &
Reisinger, 2010).
Perth, which is the capital of Western Australia, because of this, there is a lot of movement in the
markets and the lifestyle is also very colorful which attracts people more than other areas. There
are beautiful parks in the cities around it, boating facilities and fishing facilities are also
available, and so there is an influx of tourists. Western Australian cities account for 13.6% of
Australia's domestic GDP and are the fourth-largest economy (Vengesayi & Mavondo, 2009).
