rules to gain advantage over its competitors. The present market can be considered to be
customer oriented in which each and every law touches every aspect of the global business.
Business laws are the kind of laws which aids in dealing with the various mercantile transfers
which are done by mercantile people. With the implementation of the business laws, the business
which are conducted both in local and international level are controlled and it is seen all the
business are conducted in an ethical process. Business laws have been seen to be existed since a
long time and if the business laws are understood in a proper way then companies will be gaining

international goods can be conducted in a better way. With the implementation of international
trade a lot of countries get the scope to avail varieties of products from different countries. In the
era of business, it is very important for the business of one country to export their goods to other
countries so that they can expand their business in a proper manner6. When a country is able to
transport its goods in different parts of the world then it easily expands its business and it can
make its products reach to different customers from different parts of the world. In the present
era of business conduction it is very important for the countries to show their business to

There are lot of problems which companies around the world face while conducting
international trade. Some of these problems have been explained below:
