Recently I am working for the PadStow, NSW Australia at the post of Customer Service
Representative, before that I was working for the same company at the post of Sales Associate
from February 2018 to April 2017. Padstow is a suburb of the local government area Centerbury
Bankstown Council which is located at 22 kilometres South-West from the Sydney Central
business Distict. It is mostly residential suburbs with is bounded by the Bankstowm. My role in
that organisation from February 2018 to April 2017 was to sell the company's products and
services and from April 2017, I am at the post of Customer Service Representative, where I need
to build relationship with the target market and generate lead for the firm. As you can see my
CV, I have done Diploma in Computerized Accounting and Finance from UET Lahore as well as
done Diploma in Project Management from the same university.
My ability is to negotiate with the clients, work as a team player for any project weather
it is big or small, complex or simple with that I have ability to meet the deadlines made by the
company and customers. I have natural enthusiasm which help me to have self-motivated
behaviour in order to compete task at the optimal level and with perfection. I am highly
committed and tenacious self-stater, who can able to understand the needs of customers and then
organise the resources of organisation in order to cater their needs.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve desired objectives
CONTEXT:
In the PadStow, NSW Australia, At the time of different projects, I have worked as the
member of team and understand the importance of teamwork in the organisation. As the team
leader, I was aware about the different task I need to do as well as I knew my role in the team in
order to bring successful outcomes. In that team, I have taken problem solving approach with
different stages involved in it to develop the plan accordingly. With that I like to work together
in order to brainstorm different alternatives. I used to create teams at every new assignment
which consist of senior manager, supervisor and staff assistants. I used to apply different
strategies from the day one in the every stage of team formation which includes performance
indicators, monitoring etc. This effective input made by other members and me lead to create an
environment where expertise, resources and knowledge is effectively used.
ACTION:
In the starting time the group members were not following to me and this was the
struggling situation for me. At that time my team was not able to do the things on time and due
to this situation, the organisation and customer was dissatisfied. At that I worker very hard and
design the work plan for my team. Every member were allotted their task in order to complete
the project. At that time I analysed the project and came to know that different activities need to
be done so that the project can be competed in the effective manner.
RESULT:
After that I allotted the incomplete to the different members of the group. A meeting was
organised after that, the members was not prepares, rather than being angry, I asked them what
are their problems and how can I help them. In that meeting all the problems were properly
resolved and members made effective relationship with me.
LEARNING:
With this situation I learned that I have gain several skills that help me to complete the
project on time and be the good team leader. With the completion of project I was able to
achieve the objective of organisation.

time our time was struggling very data because the deadline was near to submit the project or to
solve the problem. Now we have to work in effective manner and collect all the relevant data
with effective communications. Me and my team were collectively started to collect that data
and analyse them properly. The information was again collected and I organise one meeting
again. In that meting I identified that we were successful while collecting and analysing the data
and now I do not feel hesitation while communicating with the team members.

I have good knowledge about the different software that is useds for Accounting and keep record
of Finance, this helps organisation to reduce the time and effort made by them. I able to gain
good knowledge about the different techniques used for effective project management which
help me to finish my project on time and generate effective results.
