Internet of things is an example of emerging technology which can be used for various
purpose. Internet of things is the idea where the physical devices are connected with the other
devices through the internet connectivity. The controlling of the devices can be done through the
use of the internet and the controlling devices [3]. It has been seen that the use of the IoT is
increasing at the different sectors of the industries and the organizations. Apart from that the
users are also getting interested in using the IoT for various purpose. The main objective of this
paper is to evaluate the different aspects of the IoT.
Discussion
Internet of Things has played an important role in the home automation. The home
automation defines the smart home. In the smart home system, the devices in the home can be
controlled through the use of the internet controlled device [1]. The smart home system defies by
the device connected with the each other through the internet connectivity.
Availability of the security features:
There are different types of security features which are available for the organization. In
this context, the use of the different secured protocols for controlling the Wi-Fi services can be
mentioned [5]. The Wi-Fi service operating for the use of the smart home operating system can
be controlled and secured through the encryption technique using user name and password.
In most of the cases, the face detection system is used for the development of the smart
home system. The face detection system in the smart home system will able to detect the familiar
faces. In case, if intruders are trying to enter in to the hose the face detection system will alarm
the owner of the house about the current situation and will take the proper initiatives to mitigate
the situation.
