interest of the employees by fulfilling there career and professional goals. This
presentation is about the internship experience with Con-fused organisation as an
electrical contractor as this organisation is having an 10 year experience in the industry
and this organisation also having goodwill in commercial and domestic cients of the
business.

practical knowledge and work which impacts in the student filed of study and for the
better career opportunities as this also gives and career development and exploration as
this benefits in learning new knowledge and skills of the specific filed and this also helps
in critical and innovative thinking as this also helps them in developing the professional
contacts and this also helps in gaining the exposure to the upper management as this also
helps in gaining the work experience(Zehr and Korte 2020). As this is an internship of
an electric contractor and this can benefit the student to be more communicative active
and this also helps in problem solving skills of employees effectively.
