MAIN BODY
Presenting Reflection
The Gibbs reflective model is one of the famous cyclical models of reflection that is consist of
Six stage such as description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, action plan and conclusion. This
model has been developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 that provide an structure of learning
from experience (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). However, this framework will
examining the experience and give it a cyclic nature.
Description: Throughout the assessment I have gain knowledge regarding workplace and the
skills that are required to work properly in this area. Along with this, workplace is an area
where employees work together in order to accomplish the organizational goals and objectives.
In addition to this, throughout the assessment I have learned about theory of internationalisation
the process that helps the organization in expanding their business outside the national area.
In addition to this, through the internship I have learned that an employee need to have
various skill in order to conduct a business (Markkanen and et.al.,2020). Along with this, I
have also gain knowledge that all this skills helps in developing overall personality of an
individual. Moreover, the organization has to use various theory and models in order to
expand their business in the competitive market. Furthermore, throughout the internship I
have learned about how to put the knowledge and skills into practice such as competitor
analysis and developing communication plan that can be implemented in real life business
scenarios. Along with this, I have also gather the knowledge regarding the benefit of
networking and the way it helps in developing the personality. However, communication will
contribute in developing professional network and emphasize the importance of creating these
connection. It provide an individual with various platform that results in developing the
professionals. Furthermore, I have analysed that understanding workplace culture is also very
important (Dhaliwal. Singh and Singh, 2018). As culture influence communication and I have
learned that every company or organization has its own culture. Along with this, healthy

working culture is essential for the company as it allows the employees to communicate with
each other and develop team development. During the internship I have learned that good
communication is the key success in professional environment that will contribute in
productivity, efficiency, engagement and growth.
Feeling: Throughout the internship I have developed various feeling that has affected the over
all personality. During the training I was feeling very nervous as I had no practical knowledge
regarding the practical work of business. Along with this, I have also developed feeling of
accomplishment after completing the overall training and development programme. In addition
to this, I was bit nervous during the begining of internship as I was fresher and working in an
new culture was bit hard for me (Tanaka, Okamoto and Koide, 2018). Moreover, in the
internship I was it was hard for me to communicate in the starting with the other worker as I
have poor communication skills. Along with this, I was feeling scared while making the
research file as I was confused about the things I have learned and the proper way to put
them in the paper. Along with this, while learning the new business models and theory I was
not feeling good as it was bit hard for me to understand.
Evaluation: At this stage I will analysis my experience such as it was hard or not. Through
out the internship I have gained knowledge regarding the practical as well as theoretical
knowledge regarding conducting the business. In addition to this, the training process was bit
hard as it required technical skill and I had very less knowledge regarding it. Along with this,
learning about the academic business theory was easy for me as I had knowledge regarding it.
But applying all this skill was bit hard for me and I had to take help of my senior
(Constantinou and et.al.,2020). In addition to this, I have also evaluated that during the
internship communicating with other employees was bit hard for me as I have poor
communication skill. Furthermore, working alone was bit easy for me as I do not prefer team
working more. Adjusting with the working culture was hard for me as I had no idea about
the business culture as I had no experience but after few weeks I have developed it. Along
with this, the marketing sector of business was easy for me as I had knowledge regarding
the digital marketing such as promoting products and services on various online platform. In
addition to this, as marketing was easy for me to handle I faced issues in the accounting as I
have poor skill in managing it. Furthermore, increasing my overall moral was easy for me as
the organization used various motivational tools that contribute in increasing moral of the

employees. Moreover, maintain coordination with the various functional unit was little hard
for me as all the sector have different aims and objective.
Analysis: This stage allows an individual to make sense of the whole situation. Along with
this, I have evaluated that business is hard to conduct and the organization has to make a proper
business plan in order to sustain in the competitive market. In addition to this, I have also
analysed that an business plan is very important for the firm as it provide the company with
various external and internal factor that can affect the overall growth of the firm in both
positive and negative way (Ardian, Hariyati and Afifah, 2019). Along with this, I have
analysis that for expanding the overall business organization has to make use of international
strategies in order to enhance their performance so that it can earn large profit. In addition
to this. I have also evaluated that employees are the key sources of the organization as it
contributes in the overall growth of the firm in the national and international market.
Furthermore, the firm has to make use of the other resource such as financial and
technological that contributes in opening the new venture as well as focus on the overall
marketing. Along with this, I have also analysed that employees need to have intellectual
and soft skill so that it can work effectively in the workplaces. During the assessment I have
also gathered the information about the importance of communication as well as team work
skill so that employees can work hard and accomplish the organizational goals in the limited
frame of time. Moreover, the technical skills are also very important for an individual as it
helps in making the use of machinery (Qian, Gan and Wang, 2019). I have also evaluated
about the structure of running the business such as there are various functional unit in the
company. Likewise, HR and marketing sector and each of them work together in order to
achieve the common goal of the business in the market.
Conclusion: Throughout the assessment I have concluded that business is purchasing and
selling of products and services in the competitive market with the motive of earning revenue.
Along with this, I have summarized during internship that employees are also key resources
that business can have as it allows organization to increase the growth of the firm. In addition
to this, in order to earn large profit and to build the good brand image the company has to
use growth strategy that helps in expanding the company at international and at national level.
Along with this, I have depicted that during internship I have developed various skills that has
helped me in learning the manner of conducting the business (Tymoczko, 2018). All these

skills help an individual in developing overall personality. Moreover, communication skill
will help in communicating with other worker that helps in achieving the goals in efficient
manner.
Action plan: I have analysed that my technical skill is very poor so in order to improve it I
will take practice class so that it can identify the issue that will help me in learning this skill.
In addition to this, for improving my communication skill I will take the online class so that I
can easily communicate with other workers as well as enhance my over all personality.
Moreover, for developing the soft skill I will self reflect myself so that I can indentify my
strengths and weakness that will contribute me in grabbing the opportunity that will help in
learning new things (Gayton, 2020). However, I will read academic books and journals
regarding the business so that I can understand the structure and skills that are needed by the
employees. Along with this, I will take the feedback from my senior as it will help me in
knowing about the personnel insights so that I can improve my skills.
Presenting Internationalisation elements
Internationalisation is the process that helps the firm in expanding its business in expanding the
business in and outside the national market. Along with this, it helps the organization in
covering the large area of market as well as to attract large customer. In addition to this, the
successful expansion in the global market will help the organization in earning large revenue.
However, while making the international business strategy the company has to look after all
the resources such as stakeholders, employees, consumer and finance for conducting the
business. In addition to this, for increasing the growth in the international market the
company has spend on the quality of the resources in order to understand global market
condition and other opportunity that will help in improving the performance of the firm
(Castellões and Dib, 2019). However, using international strategy means focusing on
exporting of products and services to the foreign market and importing resources and goods
form other countries for domestic use. This expansion strategy will help the organization in
attracting large customer as well as to earn huge profit. Moreover, if the firm is able to set
it business at international market it has to invest more in the quality of the products as well
as marketing so that it can contribute in increasing the brand image. International marketing
strategy benefit small firm to enhance the business as well as increase the sales due to less
competition at the international level. It also helps in increasing the productivity of the firm as

in domestic market the companies may expos you to increased risk from downturns in the
economy, political factor and environmental events. Thus, focusing on the single market will
help the organization to mitigate the potential risks that can affect the overall growth of the firm.
Along with this, it provide the company with opportunity related to the new line service or
products such as specialize in a different area to serve that market. The most important
advantage of international strategy is easier cash flow management that will help the
organization in maintain it operational flow. The division of labour is done accurately in the
international strategy as it give the firm specialization of products and due to that quality of
products are good and it is one of the great advantage. Along with this, it allows the firm to
optimal use of available resources such as it reduce the waste of domestic resource and the
company produce those products that have the greatest advantage (Kromidha and Robson
2021). The another advantage of expanding in the international market is that it helps the
organization in developing and understanding the culture of various countries. Moreover,
there has been three international business theory that will help Hays to expand its business
in the competitive market.
The Uppsala Internationalization model: This model was an outcome of Swedish Researcher
that focus on the interest on the internationalization process. This model is mainly based on
how organization set about the internationalization process. However, this model assume that
there is lack of knowledge about the foreign market that detrimental to internationalization.
Thus, a company should firstly establish itself in the domestic market and then it should
increase its resources so that it can settle in the targeted market. This theory suggest
organization to enter into new marker area with the export and sales subsidiaries. In addition
to this, Uppsala approach requires general knowledge and market insights so the information
related to the market can be gather by entering in the new market area. This approach deals
with experimental learning the human resource should be managed in proper manner.
Along with this, there are certain advantage of Uppsala approach that deals with indirect
exporting of product with help of external export agents or merchants (Gao and et.al., 2022). It
is also low cost entry that helps in using capital in other factors quickest way of entering the
new markets. It also helps in attracting customer base that contributes in increasing the
overall sales. Another advantage of using foreign manufacturing unit labour cost and cost of
production. Moreover, the key feature of this theory is that firm first of all achieve their

knowledge about form the home market before moving to the distant markets. According to
this, theory the organization has to start their overseas operations from culturally and
religiously close nations. The main objective of this theory is to produce quality goods and
services in order to increase the international market.
Transaction cost theory: Coase has provided the foundation for the TAC model in 1937 and
the framework basically explain about the cost minimization explain structural and
internationalisation decisions. According to this framework the cost is incurred in creating an
economic trading and that means it involves all the cost incurred form starting to the end of
the particular transaction. However, it is the summation of all the cost that is involved
establishing a new market in international country that include both explicit and implicit cost
as it affects both the service provider and customer (Ardian, Hariyati and Afifah, 2019). In
addition to this, it is advantageous to have external transaction costs more than the internal
transaction cost that will guarantee the organization growth . But if the internal transaction
cost is high as compare to external cost then the company will lead to downscale by
outsourcing. Furthermore, this theory is closely related to the internalization theory such as
with the help of this framework company decide to minimize their cost at all points during
their operations and decision making. Thus, firm has to consider to either enter a foreign
market with their total assets or collaborating with the external partners.
Born Global: It is the type of organization that form starting has a motive of becoming
international and globalizes quickly without any preceding long term domestic or
internationalization period (Gayton, 2020). However, there are two types of born global such
as export and import start up that involves many activities that coordinated across many
countries. Along with this, such as organization are small in nature and technological oriented
that operates in international market form the day of establishments.
CONCLUSION
Through the internship I have gain various helpful knowledge regarding conducting the
business. Business is an legal entity that sales goods and services in order to earn revenue.
Along with this, throughout the programme I have learned that for running the organizations
in an effective way the employees of the firm should posses soft and intellectual skills. As

it helps in solving difficult problems as well as contribute in completing work quickly. In
addition to this, the above report has analysed the self reflection that has contributed in
identifying my strengths and weakness during the programme and suggest ways to improve
the area of weakness. Moreover, the above report has also summarized about the
internationalisation strategy that helps the organization in expanding their business. I have

with this, the internship has contributed in gaining the knowledge regarding the field of
professional experience that is very valuable during searching the job. However, internship
helps in learning about the new skills and contributes in gaining the practical knowledge about
the field of work. Moreover, having experience contributes in getting the appropriate job as
well as increase the hiring value. It has also contributed to gain knowledge about to learn in

personality of an individuals. Along with this, it not helped in gaining practical knowledge it
do contribute in understanding various business theories as well as also about the market
insights that contributes in identifying the factors that can affect the overall growth of the
firm in the competitive market. During the internship it has helped in finding the ways to
solve the risk and threats that directly and indirectly affect the performance of the firm.
In addition to this, it has contributed in knowing about the culture of the workplace. If the
organization has healthy working culture within the country will help the employees to
increase their moral that contributes in increasing the overall revenue and sales of the firm
in the market area. Along with this, it has helped I finding the right path of the career that
results in developing my personality as I have learned about the importance of soft skill in the
business. Skill that area most important in the business are communication that means
exchanging thoughts and ideas with other worker. During internship I have improve this
skill as everybody has to discuss about the goals that need to be accomplish in limited frame
of time. However, due to proper communication I was able to give proper presentation
regarding the projects and it has helped in boosting my confidence and has results in

reducing the overall confidence. In addition to this, internship also helps in developing about
technical skill that will help in dealing with the issues regarding the machinery. It is one of
the most important skill in the business as most practical work is very necessary for
