Interpersonal Communication: Learning Journal on Different Skills

This paper defines my learning journey through disclosure of my interpersonal skills and personal experience. The main motive of this paper is to prepare my learning journal so that I can evaluate what interpersonal skills I used in the past some weeks and what are shortcomings and weaknesses of these skills. The paper covered the interpersonal communication journal of different weeks. The information recorded in each week is giving significant information about the key skill that I have used in my learning journey, its definition, detailed account of its application and effectiveness. At last, the paper is defined summary of the whole context. With the help of the summary section, one can easily understand about my personal experience that I have learned from this journal.
