In the previous task, you were required to organize your
chosen bookings into your diary.
This task will deal with the planning and preparation
1. Look at the assignments you have accepted, and choose
ANY TWO (they can be the same assignments you
allocated to your diary) which you think would require
the most planning.
Once you have chosen these two assignments you will
need to write how you would plan and prepare for this
assignment by taking into account any of the challenges
which you might face during that particular job. This
might involve, among other things:
a) Interpreting
i) Look at your diary to see where you are likely to be
before this assignment – will this present
certain logistical issues?
ii) What will you be doing after this assignment? What
consequences may this have?
iii) What will you need to take with you for this
assignment?
iv) Does the location of the assignment impact on your
planning?
v) What is the nature of the assignment? Identify
relevant factors to take into consideration.
vi) What preparation do you need in terms of
terminology, special knowledge or mental attitude?
vii)Are there any occupational and health issues?

i) Look at your diary to see how busy you will be before
the deadline for this assignment and when you will
