Differences and similarities:
A very common feature that was observed in the interviews was that time management had been
the biggest concern among the different members when they were in colleges. It has been seen
how they have stressed upon the factor of balancing work, school and personal life to be
extremely important for handling achieving success. Financial security had been another source
of concern for many of the interviewees and therefore, this can be taken as another aspect that
affects the academic life of many students. Differences among the opinions were hardly noticed.
However only one case was noticed where mental issues occurred due to stress from academic
life. Therefore, counseling sessions should be organized by most of the school to help the
students. Another similarity that was noticed was that most of the interviewees advised to take
the help of advisors or academic counselors when any form of issues in academic life take place.

INTERVIEW ANALYSIS
Things to be learnt:
One of the most important things that I have to learn is to develop ways by which I can mange
time effectively. One of the best ways is to set priorities, then develop time schedules and
motivate myself to strictly avoid procrastination and complete work immediately when assigned
on time. I also have to plan my finances well before engaging myself in a course so that my
finances can support me throughout the course and I do not have to leave midway. I will also
take the help of advisors if I cannot accumulate or fix up a source of finance for the courses. I
may also face mental health issues for stress from my academic life and therefore I need to take
up strategies for stress management in my life.
