Technique for conducting Interview
In order to manage a proper and systematic interview for all the job roles there is being
specified a proper question answer round which will help out to know about the communication
skill of the candidate. This is generally being made by analysing and making the proper
questions regarding the specified job role and will try to examine the strength and the capabilities
of the candidates with their answers for all the questions (Ganesan, and George, 2019). Question
answer rounds use to make a proper framework through which the candidate can be
communicated directly with the managers and this will helps in analysing the knowledge and
some skills.

Induction Outline for Applicant
When the applicant is successfully being selected for job then the induction is being
organised in order to make the applicant familiar with the expectation s and the working of the
company. Some of the major outline for the induction will include: Company description which considers all the important elements regarding the company
like the mission, vision, goals objectives of the company. It will also provide the general
method of working and the procedures that are being followed by them in order to make
it successful (Georgiou, Rheinberger, and Vainio, 2018).

regarding heir job role and their working. As for the team leader it is important to have
some skills and knowledge like time management, communication, leadership, strategic
management etc. all these are taken in record and the outline is being provided to the

fulfilling the targets and the goals of the company(Weller, 2017). Role and Responsibilities of Applicant this includes all the major concerned areas which
a company will require in order to manage it successfully. As for the job role of Team
leader the major role required are like IT skills, computer knowledge, Innovation in their
strategies and working, problem solving etc. all these helps in making the company earn
profit (Taylor and et. al., 2020). The applicant will have to perform their task according
to this criteria which is being opted by the organisation in order to manage the proper
work role and the significant areas of working.
Restrictions will also be provided by the company which means all the rules and the
regulations with the general companies culture will be given in it so as to make the
applicant aware about the punctuality and the restrictions being made in it.
