This article examines the impact of intimate partner violence (IPV) and neighborhood violence on the mental health of pregnant women in New Orleans. The study found that exposure to violence increased the risk of depression, anxiety, and PTSD in expectant mothers. The research was conducted using a cross-sectional survey design, and data were collected through interviews and surveys. The study used validated instruments to assess depression, anxiety, and PTSD. The results of the study provide important insights into the impact of violence on the mental health of pregnant women.
