INTRODUCTION
This is important for each country to understand the changing environment and formulate
right policies or regulations that could be used to improve the country (Zartman, 2019). This is
needed for each country to understand the issues and conflicts that occurred and put efforts to
resolve it properly. It has seen that when there is difference between thoughts of two people,
country, and environment then chances of conflict arises that directly impacts on economy. The
main reason of intractable conflicts is lack of international relation, lack of strategy and planning
that directly affected the economy of Middle East country. This is important for nation is to trace
the conflicts as reason of happening and get optimum solution which can help to improve
economy. The present report is based on Middle East and why conflicts has been so intractable.
The report will help to develop understanding about conflicts, reason of intractable and guidance.
MAIN BODY
The Middle East is a geographical term that means to the region spanning the Levant
Arabian Peninsula, Egypt, Iran, Anatolia, and Iraq. This is important for each country, their
economy grow and bring improvements in people’s live by solving all issues and developing
performance. The Gulf country of Middle East are Qatar, Oman, Saudi, Arabia, Bahrain, and
Kuwait. To consider the last 10 years’ data different conflicts have been risen such as Iran-Saudi
Arabia proxy conflict in 2011, Iraqi civil war (2014-2017), Yemeni civil war in 2015, Western
Iran clashes, Turkish coup d’eat attempt in 2016, Iraqi Kurdish conflict in 2017, Iraqi insurgency
which started in 2017 to till now, and Persian Gulf crisis in 2019 (Cohen-Chen, Halperin, Crisp,
and Gross, 2014). These conflicts arise between countries and location that directly affected the
living of people as many people were killed. It has seen that many conflicts have been rising in
Middle Easy and it is becoming so intractable as people is not ready to accept the changes and
behaving rudely toward any new changes. The values and interest of people is not same that
creates the conflicts between people to intractable the conflicts. The another reason of intractable
conflict is changing moral values, identities, and fundamental needs of human being that create
difficulties to resolve the issues (Mundy, 2019).
It has seen that many country and states are involves in Middle East where number of
conflicts arises between people due to changing thoughts, different needs and wants, cultural
difference, discrimination, lack of leadership, lack of strict government regulations and changing

behaviour of people that stops to accepting the changes and create conflicts. From the data it has
described that President of U.S. fails to maintain sustainable peace process in Middle East that
have brought diplomacy and consecutive thinking between people resides nearby. The people
does not want to take further steps and changes in their working as they want to work or live
with traditional method that directly affect the economy. According to changing environment it
became most important to accept the challenges and managing good behaviour between people
that can help to resolve the issue and supports to make independent country. In this country,
there is lack of strategic decision and planning which creates the problems for country to
intractable the conflicts and it make responsible to country. To accept any changes and conflicts
there is need to have proper understanding and thoughts which can be used to resolve the
problems (Day, 2019). Middle East is having social-cultural conflicts as people belong to
different culture and society where they have different needs and wants created problems in
running a country and no one is sharing their information and views with each other that directly
affect economy and country. The people of Middle East are stubborn as they deny to accept any
kind of changes and challenges while living in to different states. The main reason of arising
conflicts in such country is conservative thinking and negative thoughts that directly creates
problems in managing the country. It has seen that many businesses established in such country
that provides the job opportunity to resident people but due to changing behaviour it became
difficult for people to perform their roles and responsibilities (Halperin, 2011).
Lack of provision of fundamental human needs is the major cause of intractable conflict
that get ready people to wrong and no one is behaving politely. The violent activities are
increasing in Middle East as it directly being affected and created problems to operate the
business. The another reason of not receiving positive outcomes and not solving conflicts is lack
of international relationship where people is not ready to accept changes and work with other
country that influenced working and economy of Middle East negatively. Some people states that
Middle East is violent country where each people behave differently and affected the
productivity and profitability of country (Coleman, Vallacher, Nowak, and Bui-Wrzosinska,
2007). To survive in different place and location there is need to understand culture, wants, and
expectations of people and also need to maintain good relations that can help to solve the
problems and conflicts effectively. The middle East is in turmoil, a civil war raging has been
happened in Syria, Yemen, Iraq, and Libya. It has been that 1000 of people were killed in last

year, and number of children forced to fight as soldiers has doubled. To solve this conflicts there
is need to have unity in people and provide right education to their children that can help to make
successful country (Wastnidge, 2019).
The another intractable conflict was Embroiled, where Middle East needs to specific
international efforts for improving conditions on economy. To resolve this conflicts there is need
to have proper strategy such as in 2018, National Defence Strategy specifically guides their
military need to build and maintain partners worldwide. This can help to provide safety and
security while managing war and conflicts. The government should be focus on addressing
global stabilization that will be imperative for civilians to go back their homes and contribute to
economic development. This also helps to begin to rebuild their lives by managing all conflicts
and problems (Bruzonsky, Murphy, and Wells, 2020). To run a country and its operation,
government is having major role as it understands reason of arising conflicts in different country
and formulate strict regulation that can be used to solve conflicts. To develop economical
condition and maintaining leading position in competitive environment there is need to focus
over changes and new trend that can help to fill the expectation of people and supports to
develop the organizational performance. This became most important for Middle East to use
national defence strategy and formulation of planning which can help to develop the country
condition.
To resolve conflicts and influencing people at different places there is need to have good
international relation which supports to know what other wants and how to overcome the
problems. The country should also spend over defence strategy and planning as it supports to
bring changes and productivity by managing all issues and handling it appropriately. This
became most important for selected country to build good international relationship with their
neighbour country that can help to resolve conflicts effectively and attain competitive benefits.
The country also requires to have proper resources and capital which can be used to
understanding conflicts and resolve it properly by creating awareness between people and get
them ready to accept challenges. This support to improve country’s condition and situation that
arises in changing environment (Barash, and Webel, 2021) (Dokos, 2020).
CONCLUSION
From the report it can be concluded that Middle East is facing many problem and
conflicts that is intractable and affected the country condition. This became most important for

country to analysis the cause of conflicts and solution that can help to provide right direction and
get ready to work continuously. To resolve conflicts, international relationship, and fill needs of
people as they belong to different country that can help to develop or improve economic
condition by handling all problems and conflicts effectively.
