Introduction
Entrepreneurial opportunities are usually defined as situations where products and
services can be sold at a price greater than the cost of their production. The nature and source
of entrepreneurial opportunity are important issues for understanding how markets function
and come into being. In this paper the analysis will be done on the basis of the company
named Langley Child Development Center and the entrepreneurial opportunities that are
available to them. In the previous discussion of Langley Child Development Center it can be
found that the benefit of the company comes from the nationally accredited programs that
provides an affordable, high quality and developmental child care services and contributes to
the families of the civil servants and air force officials in the US. This paper contains five
sections where the first section will present few entrepreneurial opportunities that are
currently available to Langley Child Development Center; the second section comprised of
one of these opportunities and assessment of how likely that opportunity can be utilized; In
the third section, evaluation of the trends that may be affecting are analyzed ; the last and not
the least part will assess the impact of these factors on the entrepreneurial opportunity and the
sustainability of Langley Child Development Center.
Entrepreneurial Opportunities
As discussed at the introduction Entrepreneurial opportunities are situations where
products and services can be sold at a price greater than the cost of their production.
However, in this case the Entrepreneurial opportunities for Langley Child Development
Center will be the scope that can be used by the organization to increase their competence,
while several competitive advantages with significant profitability. From the SWOT and
Market analysis done in previous milestone the following Entrepreneurial opportunities for
Langley Child Development Center have been found.

The center has its branches in the US and gaining popularity among the air force
officials through its appealing services. The infrastructure of the school is attracting the
parents, and therefore there is a high demand for this type of daycare system among the local
servers or air force officers’ families. Another important factor that creates an opportunity for
this particular daycare center is its continuous research process about the improvement of
their services. For developing the center directly to the needs of the families of these Air
Force service through information and customer opinion can help the company to get the
facilities required (Negiz & Uçar, 2017). Hence, using this scopes the organization can also
make a new Entrepreneurial opportunity to get more favorable outcome. Entering into some
collaboration or some kinds of partnership business that will be helping for the proper
propagation of the industry, which means by entering into a partnership with the local doctors
like the nutritionist or the physical trainers and others such as collaborations. Langley Air
force child development center can collaborate with the West coast childcare resource center
to get some good ideas and resources. It has been also found that this organization has also
used data security tool, that practice in making the reliability in the overall result (Powers et
al., 2018).
The daycare system is providing services for or a different section of the day. It is
extending the opening hours therefore when the parents need to work on their weekends the
center can be opened during Saturdays for caring the children while their parents are working
(Giuntini et al., 2016). There is a massive opportunity for the organization to expand itself in
the countries where the army officials get posted. The potential markets can be the Gulf
countries where the presence of the US Air force is higher than in other countries. In addition
to this, the South American countries like Venezuela can be another potential market for
expanding the child care center admin to provide services to the air force official families.

Langley CDC has many opportunities that are effective for managing their goal and make a
practical decision in the context of the organizational task. This organization solves the
acceptance and usability issue at least time, which will also lead to creating a reliable choice

effectively that leads to getting a stable outcome (Stefko, Gavurova, & Korony, 2016). This
organization has used top-down design and makes a valid decision in the context of the
current matter. It could also be imperative in managing the decision systematically. This
method is useful in making the liaison between top to down level of employees.
Entrepreneurial Assessment
Among the above Entrepreneurial opportunities, the aim of this assessment is to select
the most compatible and attainable one, which could be really beneficial for the Langley

particular, the in house childcare offering agencies will be gaining immense importance
(Bassok et al., 2016). Because people opting for the in house child care services will be able
to keep their child within their houses along with the attendants. Good social relationship of
guardian or parents at higher social cohesion level have been found at the global level where
proper behavior enforcement and informal care among child and youth is chiefly
considerable. Along with that in global level, the aspects like community, family level
components are reinforcing each-other overtime that is playing a significant role in creating
cross-national distinctions in health and development.
There are already many services available that supported by directly and indirectly by
communities and national level association, because they inspire the action of Child and
Youth Programs. At the same time, youth and adolescents are portraying how to engage in
initiatives of community development, that is also increasing the credibility with ethnic
populations. The bargaining power of the target consumers are also very high where they are

assessing these elements, this is coherent that these components affect business operations
and activities of different companies related to child and youth programs in a significant
manner.
Conclusion
From the above discussion it can be found that the nature and source of
