Introduction
 The term intaprenuership refers to the intrapreneur who workswithin the organization
and act like an entrepreneur. The presentation will represent about the intrapreneur
which shows the ability to work in organization and new innovations which help
organizations.

Intrapreneur ship
 It is a term which refers to the systems which allow their employees to behave like an
entrepreneur within the organization. It is self-motivated as well as action oriented
individuals. An intrapreneurship creates the entrepreneurial environment at workplace
by allowing their employees to use the entrepreneurial ability, which may be beneficial
for the both company and employee.

Similarities and differences between intrapreneur ship
and corporate organizations
 There are several similarities and differences which as follows:
 Similarities-
 Both are motivated the individuals who will work properly with their team.
 Both involve the unique business concept which take the form of product and services.
 Differences-
 In the corporate organization start-ups entrepreneur takes a risk and in the
intraprenurship as they take risks but not business related risk.
 At the time of business start-ups the entrepreneur of corporate organization owns the
business and its concepts. In Intraprenueruship the company regularly owns the
concepts and conceptual rights.

Exploration of the benefits of intrapreneur-ship including
how it helps organizations to gain competitive advantage-
 There are 6 benefits which help organizations to gain competitive advantage.
 Improved employee morale and productivity- It help to encourage the individual
employee to being fully engaged with their business goals and show some efficiency in
their work which may help organizations as well to have a competitive advantage.
 Better retention- Employees who enjoying their work are not so interested to leave
the organization (Staub, Nart and Dayan, 2019). Intrapreneur ship help them to be more
focus on those parts where they feel most excited about. It alters more chance for the
career progress as it may help to develop the skills like leadership.

Evaluation of how one or more organizations have or could
benefit from the use of intrapreneurship
 Intraprenuership help the organizations to create a growth and help to add the flexibility
to the company where it helps them to become stronger in the particular area. An
intrapreneur sees a very different opportunities directions and the way of working.
Intrapreneuship also create the benefits for the potential leaders of the projects and
brings out the positive change into it.

Conclusion
 From the discussion it has been concluded that intraprenuership help employees in their
organizations and help to make innovation at the workplace. It help organization to
gain competitive advantage. It discussed about how the intraprenuership help
organizations to accomplish their goals.
