INTRODUCTION
Perception refers to a process of getting, interpreting, selecting as well as organising any
sensory information. The collection of data from sense organs through interpretation by the brain
can also be said to be perception. Whereas motivation is an experience of desire. When someone
wants something, or want to avoid or escape something it is deter mind as motivation contains
both an objective aspect and an internal or subjective aspect. It refers to needs, desires, wants or
drives within an individual (Lang, 2020). There are a number of factors considered here which
shows how does the perception of employee about an organisation effect motivation level of an
employee. It also describes how can it be increased. In order to complete the work assigned in a
company on time motivation of employs plays an important part by the management

Social Perception:
Social perception is the way in which one individual view other, and have an effect on their
behaviour in an organisation. Social perception can be called as target or what is perceived and a
certain level of information which is received in order to make a perspective or an assumption by
an individual in the workplace. There are a number of wrongful social perceptions which can
arise by mistake in one person due to one negative event and lead to problem in organisation. In
Context of Tesla, the managers need to make sure that no employee makes a negative perception
about any other employee in the organisation or any negative perception about the organisation
so that the functioning of organisation can be run smoothly.
Perceptions affecting motivation:
The perception which an employee in an organization develops about other employs can
have a major effect on their motivation level. It might affect the work and productivity of an
employee in a large degree. Motivation within employee is always greater if the employee
perceives that the organization is providing them with a number of opportunities. In order to
make sure about personal as well as professional development of an employee organization
needs to make sure that they are given enough chances to prove their capability they are included
in various organizational decision-making, goal setting processes and so on. Motivation in
employee of and reduces when unemployed things that they are not given enough opportunity to
showcase their talent and skills in an organization (Tippa and Mane, 2020). This is a major
