In the every organization people management is very essential. An effective
people management plays a crucial role in the company's operation activates. People
management includes many groups of practices such as several processes of talent
retention, talent acquisition and talent optimization with the serving regular guidelines to
the company’s employee in whole business. People management can directly and
indirectly affects the working operations at work place. People management is the most
important part of HRM and it also involves work, attitude and people behave for the
organizations operations, employee engagement towards the success of company.
People management has three major areas such as training and development,
leadership and management, talent management. Nissan is a multinational automobile
manufacturer company. Nissan Company sells its products such as cars under the
Infiniti, Datsun and Nissan brands. This report will highlight the operational contacts of
all the areas of the people management and the applicable relevant theoretical models
of talent management, training and development and leadership and management. This
report will also include the needed skills, knowledge and behaviors required by the
human resource management to maintain that areas.

better management company should have to develop best leadership and management
in their business. Leadership included inspires and motivate employee and provide

process by which a company's leader can give direction, guidance and influence the
employees towards their operation at working system. It also motivates the employees
and staffs of Nissan motor co. for the better achievement business success and goals.
The best management and leadership in the Nissan ensure that the organization is on
the correct path.
The service person of the Nissan motor co. implement suitable guidelines for
their work force a strong leadership inspires the work force of Nissan is to operate their
functions effectively. Effective management helps the company’s workers for completing
their tasks to achieve goals and objectives. Management helps the Nissan Company by
monitoring and controlling its whole functions, events and operations. It also involves
many activities such as effective service management, organized resource, combined
resource and use the resource in a very efficient way (Smith and Rees., 2017).

1 transformational theory - transformation theory majorly focused towards implement
the changes according to the present situation. Transformation theory encourages the
mangers and leaders of National Health Service for taking risk, thoughtful thinking and
visionary actions and daring activities. leaders and manager can apply this theory in all
the level of Nissan’s operational functions such as all the department like HR,
production, service department, management department, finance department etc.
transformation theory motivate the staff of company towards the effective development,

and leaders behaviors (Bhushan ., 2020). The behavior theory involved this important
skill like consequential skills, technical skills and human skills. All the skills of behavioral
theory help to build effective leadership and management in the Nissan.
