INTRODUCTION
 In this presentation, Southall Travel Ltd.’s human resource
management strategy will be illustrated, any issues or weaknesses of
the HR department such as the HR strategy and implementation will
be analysed and reviewed and how to improve will be suggested.
 The recommendations for improvement will be clearly presented to
the Southall Travel Ltd Executive Team.
