The issues are faced is because of thelinguistic barriers along in limited proficiency in the language dominance. This results theirinability to access, interpret and the warning despondence. The cultural and linguistic barriershave turned out to be significant in communication challenges in estimating the disaster risk tothe migrant and the CLAD communities. There is the organizational effort in order to have theproper establishment to have the addressing over the communication barriers in order to reducethe disproportional impact of the flood disaster over the CLAD communities. Model of communicationThe Crises Communication Life Cycle ModelBy having the understanding related to the pattern of the crisis that is the cultural barriers,the model will help the communicators to have the proper anticipation of the problems withaccurate correspondence (Taylor & Francis, 2015). The model has 5stages that is the Pre Crisis, Initial, Maintenance, Resolution And Evaluation.The movement of all the phases will have the variance according to the triggering event.As all the crisis will not take place equally with difference of integrity and longevity. This factorhas the reliable dependence on requirement of staff with the assessment in emergencycommunication in decision tree. Pre Crisis Stage.Have the preparation.Fostering of the alliances. Initial Stage.The objective of communication at this stage is had the information to CLAD communitynu organization to have the proper assurance over the problem and verifying the true magnitudeof the event. The objective to have acknowledgement of event with empathy along with the level ofinformation about risk.Establishment of organizational spokesperson credibility. Providence the course of action in emergency of the flood preparedness program. Maintenance Stage.Objective of communicationGaining proper understanding and support in regard to response and recover plans.Having the explanation over emergency recommendation. Benefit decision-making.Staying at the top of information and having tight coordination is more crucial as there inincrease in workload.Resolution Stage.Improves in the appropriate public responses in having the futures emergency through education.There is proper evaluation of the mis happening and reinforcing of work recovery and theresponse efforts. Support in public policy ans allocation of resources. Evaluation Stage.There should be proper evaluation of the plan performance, documents learned lessons alongwith specific determination to improvement system or the crisis plan.
