They have licensed in around 240 gaming commandsand is operating in over 90 countries all over the globe in which a team of 3000 employees isinvolved who are delivering the outstanding results by expanding the boundaries of innovation,technology, and their creativity (Armstrong & Taylor, 2014).The mission statement of this company is to accomplish the market at the global level and togain reputation in business excellence with the quality. Its main aim is to promote anenvironment in which both growth and learning can occur by establishing the harmoniousrelationship with the public. The vision of the company is to produce the product that lasts thevalue to their clients by clearly and constantly issuing the goods of clients to their place on timeand safely. By doing so an atmosphere of honesty and integrity is created which will allow thecompany to flourish in the long term (Aristocrat, 2017). Fortescue Metals Group is an iron ore industry, which is leading globally and is recognizedmainly for its innovation, culture, and development of world class infrastructure that is leadingindustry and the assets of mining in Western Australia and Pilbara. It was founded in the year2003 a major iron ore deposits are discovered and developed by Fortescue and has constructedfew of the most important mines in the world (Mission & Vision, 2017). It is now producing around 165 to 170 million tons of iron ore every year, so the company nowgrown into the stage of one of the largest producers of iron ore globally and is mainly focused onthe company’s vision of being lower in cost, safe, and the most profitable producer of iron ore.The operations of the company in the Pilbara will go on in four mine sites (Hill, Jones &Schilling, 2014). The key vision or the mission statement of the Fortescue Company is to be the safest, mostprofitable, and the lowest cost producer of iron ore. In order to achieve this vision, the companyfocuses on getting the best out of all people by making sure that the exceptional culture andenvironment is maintained with their vision and values.
