considered as tenth most significant business organization in the world according to Fortune
Global 500 as well as one of the only firms on the list to directly address Total Quality
Management.

Change management needs to occur because changes often impact many people in a big
way. This is the collective term for all approaches in order to preparing as well as supporting
individuals and entire organizations for making significant changes. Quality and change
