In today's modern world, digital tools and technologies plays an essential role in each
industry as well as the personal life of individual. Digital transformation refers as the top priority
around every sector of the dramatically transforming healthcare sector. Therefore, the continuous
emerging digital tools and technologies are being applied through the healthcare organisations
and healthcare related businesses in respect to develop patient care, protecting sensitive
electronic data, saving cost and comply with legal norms or regulations (Zeadally and Badra,
2015). Digital technologies such as predictive analytics, robotics and artificial intelligence
provides significant support to the health care industry in becoming more accurate and efficient,
thus healthcare organisations are very much concern over emerging high tech and advance
digital tools and technologies in respect to providing best possible services to the patients that are
beneficial in improvising their health (Romanova and et. al., 2019). In this existing report the
over all study is based on analysing the impact of digital technologies over influencing the
behaviour of people within UAE. Therefore, the healthcare sector of United Arab Emirates is
undergoing innovative transformation in respect to satisfying the needs of the current and
anticipated development of population. The health care organisation of UAE is focuses over
transforming their healthcare organisations into fully digital manner in respect to ensuring
effective healthcare facilities to the patients providing them relaxation (Subramaniam, Singhal
and Hopkinson, 2019). The healthcare organisations of UAE are concern over investing in
advance and new healthcare tools, albeit, therapeutic based and software based. Thus these
advance initiatives are effective in transforming the healthcare in United Arab Emirates.
However, in this a brief specification is provided to develop understanding regarding the chosen
subject area and aim and objectives are developed to assist the over in right manner (Tierney and
Lanford, 2015).
Rationale of the Research
This report contains the study about analysing the behavioural intention of customers in
regards to the quality of services and improving them with the use of digital advancement.

Therefore, the scope of study is so wide, as it is effective in demonstrating an individual's
understanding in regards to a specific area. This is a most effective area for conducting a
research, thus it provides detailed analysis over the area of implementing emerging digital
technologies for improvising the experience of customers within Healthcare sector of UAE. The
potential reason for conducting the research is the personal interest of the researcher as the
investigator wants to enhance individual knowledge in regards to the selected area. This study
will supportive in developing personal as well as professional knowledge which will be effective
in conducting future projects in more efficient manner (Coorevits and et. al., 2013). This study is
mainly efficacious for the people who are having their personal as well as professional interest in
the chosen area of exploration. With the assistance of this investigation, researcher will find out
the probable impact of digital technologies over improvising the experience of customers within
health care industry in UAE, thus in UAE the emergence of innovative technologies within
health care industry is high, so this analysis will guide an individual to gain suitable knowledge
regarding the chosen subject area (Tse and Kahlon, 2013).
