Introduction System software is a kind of computer programme that is intended to run the hardware and application programmes of a computer. The system software is the interface between the hardware and user applications, if we think of the computer system as a layered model. The best-known example of system software is the operating system. All the other programmes on a computer are managed by the operating system. In this scenario, we develop a database management system for our branch company. Why does this business need a framework for database management? This database management system can effectively handle data and enables users to easily perform multiple tasks. Within a single software application, this system stores, organises and manages a large amount of information. Besides, use of this system increases efficiency of business operations and reduces overall costs. Database management systems are important because they provide a highly efficient method for handling multiple types of data. Product records, scanning, storage, item and employee records are some of the data that are easily handled in this form of system. So, the system that will build is dedicated for manager and staff in manage the stock activities in this Coolblog. This system is designed specifically for the use of Coolblog staff where an ID number for each system login is allocated to them. So, the system can only login to those with an ID number. And the higher quality data, helps to make good and quicker decisions in our branch. For example, the employer may evaluate the things that the client favours with the information collected in the system. Even the manager can upload something about Coolblog product to their employees for easy viewing and monitoring by them. The information can also be accessed by the employees and they can organise this system and they can also access the specific upload button and the system download button. So, from that analysis, the employees can check the amount of stock, the operations, and also know what manager is uploading something to the systems.
Digitization process. Digitization process in a company deals with techniques, approaches and technologies used to capture, maintain, store, archive, and deliver information and documentation relevant to organisational processes. It deals with tools and strategies which streamlines the unstructured information of the organisation.
