Document security improvements needed
The main threats to the documentation for Plan2 Go are from the natural disasters and the online
malwares. Hence the template of the organization should be stored in a safe place and should have
an efficient back up system for the protection of the documents. In addition to this, the organization
can also make their documented a read only file and the file should not be editable outside the
scope of the organization.
File storage improvements needed
There are no mention about the storage functionality of the files for the systems of the
Plan2 go organization and hence there is requirement of designing a new file storage structure for
the organization. Additionally, the storage system of the organization should have access control
techniques implemented in it. This would help in maintaining the security of documents for the
organization.
Legislative requirements for document design
There are no legislative standards mentioned in the document, however the logo and the
colors meet the standards. In addition to this, the abbreviations and the acronyms are used
efficiently in the documents and this also satisfies the standard legislative requirements. However it

has been identified that the document is missing the watermark and the hence there is requirement
to implement the watermark in the documents.
Storage and output are adequately addressed
The storage and output guidelines have been described in the documents. The format of the
image is provided for the organization and also the videos and alignment details are provided
efficiently, in the document.

Template 1
The first template is word document which can be used by the Plan2go organization for their
purposes. The macro is also installed in this file. This file can be used by any type of business
organization just by replacing the images provided in document. This file would be very effective
for the organization as they would be able to plan any type of document with the help of this file.
Template 2
The second template would be very helpful for the organization during the implementation of any
type of project for the organization. It is the cost benefit analysis of the project. Additionally, the
template can be used for the decision of economic feasibility of the system and hence the template
would be helpful.

The third template is the flyer that would help the organization in making the posters. This would
help the organization in marketing departments.
