3IntroductionBusiness communication is a very vital topic of business management in my point of view. Itrefers the process where information is shared between people within an enterprise and raises acommercial benefit of the organization[ CITATION Abr17 \l 1033 ]. Business communicationalso indicates how the organisation shares its information for promotional purposes of its productand services to the targeted potential customers. Organizational communication is one of theimportant parts of business communication.1) Short description of Organizational CommunicationOrganizational communication is one of the most important topics in the context of businesscommunication. Organizational communication, as a field, includes consideration, analysis andcriticism of the communicational roles of the organisation. It helps a company to reach itsdesired goal through managing its manpower. Thus it is a topic of great interest for me. It can beclassified into formal and informal communication. If the communication flows through normalchannels then it could be downward, horizontal or upward whereas the flow from informalchannels is like the grapevine. The functions of organizational communication are to send andreceive messages among some interrelated individuals in a certain environment or setting inorder to achieve a common organizational goal. These messages can be conveyed through face toface, written or by mediated channels in the organisation [ CITATION Rus14 \l 1033 ].Organizational communication focuses largely on the relationship building and interacting withinter-organizational individuals and also the interested external people. Communication is notjust transferring messages between the senders and receivers. It literally constitutes the socialworld of the organisation. A successful organisation can have competent communicators. The
