INTRODUCTIONAccording to my opinion business environment is one of the crucial factor that has to belook after by an organisation. As with the help of this, company can maintain a peacefulenvironment where employees can work give productive results to the same. Therefore, it iscrucial that an organisation have proper business environment that can help them in attainingtheir set goals and objectives (Hilton and Platt, 2013). Other than this, importance ofstakeholders for accomplishing the set goals and objectives are included in this assignment. Main BodyDescriptionPresent report is based on different business environment that is being followed by anorganisation from different sectors i.e. public, private and voluntary. Apart from this,stakeholders and how they are important for achieving set targets and objectives is beingexplained. In every organisation stakeholders plays a crucial role because they are the onebecause of which an organisation can run its business in an effective manner. Stakeholders canfurther be classified into different categories such as internal stakeholders who are from withinthe organisation such as employees, staff members and many more (Wetherly, 2014). On theother hand these Stakeholders can be external as well like customers, suppliers, distributors etc.,for whom company provides effective services and facilities in order to sustain in the marketarea for a longer period of time. Therefore, on the basis of this and with the help of legal formsentire thing has been explained for better understanding:Private Sector: As per my concern and the knowledge I have, companies that comes underprivate sector operate their business single headedly and profits or loss that are earned are of theowner itself. Therefore, it can be said that there is no participation of regulatory bodies in privatesectors; they only follow the rules and regulations formulated by the government so thatproblems can be eliminated. Thus, prime motive of private sectors is to earn profit by providingexcellent services and facilities (Charter, 2017). Other than this, companies that come under thissector try to implement new and innovative ideas with the help of which they can attract largenumber of customers towards their organisation. As a result, this will not only improvecustomer’s base but increase the sales and profitability of the firm. In this, examples can be taken1
