It later describes about importance of team work and collaborative work practices. Also, external and internal environment of the company has been analysed for determining available opportunities and threats for the business. For this project, Sainsbury’s has been taken as the main company. It is the 2nd largest chain of supermarket in UK which was incorporated in the year 1896.
