Introduction
Business studios are all about assessing different areas related to the business
management. This project is based on the case study of Amazon Company in respect to
its business practices. Different roles play by marketing department, human resources
and finance department would highlight in this project. How team work play an
important role in the organisation.
Human Resources (HR) Department
Human resource department play the role in the Amazon Company in order to meet
the requirements of company related to its human resources. The department engaged in
providing the skilled human resources to the organisation. The role of the department is to
appoint the best level of human resources and professionals and various designated positions
in the Amazon Company (Ruggill and et.al., 2016). The role of human resource department is
also to ensure the best level of career growth of all the human resources part of the Amazon
Company. Talent management is another crucial role which human resource department play
in the organisation. The important of the human resource department is significant in the
Amazon Company.
Finance Department
Finance department play role in managing the financial resources of the organisation.
The finance department in Amazon Company play role in enhancing the organisation
capability to manage and utilises the financial resources company hold. Resource allocation
in form of budget is another key role which finances department play in the company. The
department play a significant role in achieving the best level of financial management (Tolj
and Pečarić, 2018). Finance department also important for the company as it also contribute
in the overall growth and development of the Amazon Company. Utilisation of company’s
financial resources involves allocating resources in the right direction so that proper
outcomes out of the investment can be achieved by the company.
Marketing Department
Marketing department play crucial role in promoting company’s products and services
in front of the target customers in the market. Department play the crucial role in improving
the brand value of company, branding, sales outcome, profitability and various other roes.
Due to all the above mentioned role marketing department is among the key functional
